Mimi and Meg

Every little girl LOVES a tutu.  These are especially full and fun to twirl in!  Toddler girls can wear Mimi & Meg tutus as halter dresses.  As they grow, our tutus can be worn around the waist.  All have an elastic band and are made from 2 colors of tulle.  They are finished with large flowers!
